Times of delivery

Purchases are delivered between 2 and 4 working days following the order. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave a notification note explaining the way to collect the goods or it will try to make 2 new delivery attempts. We remind you that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days in its original packaging. You can make a change with another product on the site, or ask us to return the money, excluding shipping costs. The right of withdrawal is excluded in case of customized products.
